Day 1: Airport pickup with transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Upon your arrival at the airport, you’ll be welcomed by the driver or guide to start the journey to Volcanoes National Park, home of the gentle giants. Day 2: Mountain Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park

After breakfast, with your packed lunch, transfer to Kinigi headquarters for the briefing before you begin your trek into the forest in search of the mountain gorillas. Be sure to have enough drinking water to keep yourself hydrated during trekking, which can get pretty exhausting. Return from your adventure back to the lodge for some refreshments and set out for cultural encounters. Get involved in the traditional dances and learn about Rwandan drumming, singing, and dancing. Day 4: Golden monkey trekking in Volcanoes with Kigali airport drop.

Wake up to yet another thrilling day on the volcanoes! After your breakfast, you will set out to follow the golden monkey trails in search of this unique creature. When you finally see them, take some time to observe them, learn about them, and take as many pictures as you like. Return to the lodge for lunch, check out, and transfer to Kigali city, where you will have a few minutes to search for souvenirs in the craft market before heading out to the airport for your evening flight.
